CareerPilot Program Description:
The CareerPilot program is a systematic and comprehensive approach to career planning and development, designed specifically for young adults. It’s a five-step program aimed to empower you with a deep self-understanding and clear strategic goals, enabling you to navigate your career path with confidence and precision.
Step 1: Pre-Meeting Work – Comprehensive Career Assessments Before the first meeting, you’ll complete a series of validated career and personality assessments, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Enneagram, the DISC assessment, and the RIASEC (Holland Codes). These assessments provide a robust understanding of your unique traits, preferences, and strengths, which are invaluable for career selection and satisfaction.
Step 2: Meeting 1 – Vision Building In the first meeting, we’ll focus on crafting your career vision. Using the results from your assessments, we’ll work together to identify career paths that align with your personality, interests, skills, and values. This meeting will equip you with a clear career vision to vigorously pursue.
Step 3: Meeting 2 – Strategic Planning The second meeting is all about strategy. We’ll create a concrete action plan to transform your career vision into a reality. This could include job search strategies, identifying potential employers, or outlining additional training or education requirements.
Step 4: Meeting 3 – Tactical Execution In the third meeting, we’ll focus on tactics. We’ll provide guidance and resources for developing effective job-seeking tools such as resumes, cover letters, and honing your interview skills. If further education is part of your plan, we’ll assist with college or graduate school applications.
Step 5: Post-Meeting – Personalized Recommendation Report After the meetings, you’ll receive a guided report that encapsulates your career vision, strategic plan, and tactical steps. This report, your “Career Pilot,” directs you on your journey to professional success, including recommended action steps to guide your next moves.
