Young adults are sitting alone and applying to jobs. Alone.

Many are working diligently.  Many stop working diligently.  The process is brutal.

Career Counseling Connecticut, in addition to providing effective job searching strategies and helping with skills (resume/interviewing) provides something even more valuable: a human being who can coach another human being to move forward.

I sometimes point to top athletes as a great example of the coaching process.  Choose any top athlete in individual sports.  I used to note: Serena Williams (when she was unquestionably the best women’s tennis player) still has a coach.  I doubt he was helping much with her technique.

The coaching process has been around since the dawn of human history.

Get yourself or your child a career coach.
