Are you a twentysomething?  Or are you a parent of a twentysomething?  If so, you likely understand the fear and anxiety that is permeating the work world for many.  The structural changes in work are occurring at such a dizzying pace that other than those who are specialists in health care and some areas of tech nothing seems secure.

In running Career Counseling Connecticut over the last decade, I have never seen anything similar to the epidemic of anxiety that has frozen so many twentysomethings.  The Pandemic created a dull feeling.  The post-Pandemic has created a fearful one.

But there is hope….

We are in a revolution.  Truly.  The history books – or whatever “books” have become – will record this era has the biggest work revolution in history.  I have written about this elsewhere: we are experiencing change in work that far surpasses the speed of the Industrial Revolution and in many ways the scope as well.

With change, opportunity also emerges.

I have been studying this New World of Work closely.  There are abundant opportunities.

More importantly, there is hope.
