Interview prep has become a bigger part of Career Counseling Connecticut’s work. My deepest technical expertise in relation to such prep stems from my work with personality testing. I have been working different personality tests for the last couple decades to help clients figure out “what” to do for their jobs. Of late, I have also been using the tests to help clients with the “how” to get jobs.
