Despite the rosy employment numbers, many college graduates are unemployed.  While my evidence is a mix of anecdotal plus research, I am convinced that many of the new job gains are not the type of jobs that college graduates desire, particularly in places like suburban Connecticut.

Moreover, colleges – as a broad generality – do a lousy job at helping their students figure out career paths.  Sure, they can help students who already know what they want to do find jobs, even though they don’t even do that well but few have the resources to help college students figure out what they want to do for their careers.

If you are in this situation, we can help.
